On a land area of approximately 3 million square meters; the project comprises the construction of lifestyle properties (Phase 1) including 41 villas that are totally enclosed by a continuous perimeter wall and can only be accessed through three guarded gates.

The villas are of three types; each with three styles (Italian, French, and Spanish) and each style has three types of facades.
