Tanzania Building Agency (TBA) awarded ECG the contract for office building for Government Institutions located about 2km from the center of Dar Es Salaam.
On a plot area of approximately 4,000m2 and a total built-up area of around 65,000m2,
ECG scope of services will cover concept design, design development, detailed design, tender action and construction supervision services.
