Main Responsibilities:
- Develop structural design for mega projects included all applications for concrete and steel building.
- Develop safe, efficient designs and perform advanced structural analysis, including load calculations, stress assessments, dynamic (e.g., seismic, wind) analysis, and material suitability (concrete, steel, PT, etc.).
- Produce comprehensive structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports to support design decisions and documentation.
- Oversee the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of structural systems, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and efficient solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and buildable structural solutions.
- Approve and guide the preparation of BIM models, CAD drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations in alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- Ensure that all structural designs comply with local codes, international standards, sustainability goals, and best practices.
- Manage complex projects, review designs, perform value engineering, supervise juniors, lead meetings.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in structural design, including concept, detailed design and construction documentation.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE and SAP.
- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Proven capacity to handle client communications, presentations, and negotiations effectively.
- Lead structural design, cost estimates, coordinate multi-discipline teams, prepare BOQs.
